Controversial social media influencer and crossdresser, Okuneye Idris, popularly known as Bobrisky, could find himself spending the upcoming Eid-il-Fitri holiday behind bars.
The development comes after his conviction on Friday by a Federal High Court in Lagos for charges related to Naira abuse, as filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Join our WhatsApp ChannelBobrisky, who pleaded guilty to the charges, expressed remorse and sought leniency from the court. He promised to educate his vast social media following on the laws regarding Naira abuse, stating, “I am a social media influencer with over five million followers.
