Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen forward Victor Boniface as been hammered for sportingly behaviour by German Football Federation.
Trouble started for Boniface when he showed an offensive gesture to VFB Stuttgart players after the DFL Super Cup match earlier this month.

Boniface will therefore miss upcoming German Cup match against FC Carl Zeiss Jena as confirmed by the DFB on August 28.
Boniface, who joined Leverkusen from Union SG last year, has so far scored 14 goals for the side in 23 appearances. His contract runs till 2028.
Boniface is known for his distinctive style of play. His playing characteristics include strengths in dribbling, finishing, and headed attempts, while his weaknesses lie in offside awareness, holding onto the ball, and defensive contribution.
