Meanwhile, VDM has however apologised to Femi Falana (SAN) over his remarks about the human rights lawyer.
“Some people are taking advantage of what is going on to target Femi Falana,” the fitness guru said.
“Here, I apologise to him for the dent to his name. It’s so sad that his name was inside that audio. I couldn’t believe as well; that is the part that irritated me more when I said I refuse to believe that he is a party to something like that.”
The apology came nearly a week after he shared an audio conversation wherein Bobrisky, the social media celebrity, claimed that Falana and his son Falz helped drop the money laundering charges against her by the EFCC.
In the recording, Bobrisky alleged that she spoke with Falz in prison and that the rapper and his dad “tried to get me a presidential pardon in exchange for N10,000,000.″
Falana had described it as a “vicious and reckless” attempt to “impugn my reputation.”
The SAN also issued a 24-hour ultimatum to the Abuja-based activist to retract his statement or face legal action.
