Trump’s Harsh Critique of Harris

During the interview, Trump did not hold back in expressing his disdain for Kamala Harris. He called her a “third-rate phoney candidate” and accused her of being “more incompetent” than President Joe Biden.

Trump went further, labelling her a “radical left lunatic” and suggesting that Harris wants to outdo him in his own political style. “She wants to be more Trump than Trump,” Trump claimed.

Musk, the CEO of X and Tesla, echoed Trump’s sentiments, agreeing that Harris’s behaviour leans too far to the left.

Trump continued his criticism by accusing Harris of failing to address the country’s border security issues effectively. “She is such a liar,” he stated, emphasising his opposition to illegal immigration.

Technical Issues and the Musk-Trump Discussion

The much-anticipated interview faced technical difficulties, delaying the start by over 40 minutes.

Musk informed listeners that X was experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack, which led to the delay. Despite the issues, over a million people tuned in to hear the conversation.

The two also discussed the rising crime rates in the US, which they attributed to the Biden-Harris administration’s open border policies.

Trump promised that if elected, he would carry out the largest deportation in the country’s history, saying, “We have no choice.”

Foreign Policy and Economic Concerns

Trump didn’t limit his criticism to domestic issues. He slammed Biden’s foreign policy and praised leaders like Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping.

According to Trump, there would have been no ongoing wars if he were still president. “I got along well with them,” he said, asserting that strong relationships with foreign leaders are essential for global stability.

Musk, agreeing with Trump, remarked that strength, not weakness, commands respect on the international stage. He also downplayed the threat of climate change, stating that nuclear warming is a more significant concern.

The Interview’s Impact on US Election 2024

The interview touched on the state of the US economy, with Trump accusing the Biden-Harris administration of causing the worst inflation in a century.

Musk suggested that reducing government spending and improving efficiency could address the economic woes.

The conversation ended with Trump expressing his views on China’s role in Artificial Intelligence and hinting at potential plans to overhaul the Department of Education, a move that could involve Musk.

Trump’s comments have sparked widespread discussion and will likely influence the narratives as the US Election 2024 approaches.

As the November election nears, voters are paying close attention to how these prominent figures are shaping their campaigns.
