Premier League side Tottenham on Thursday night confirmed the signing of Romania defender Radu Dragusin from Italian side Genoa for £25m.
Dragusin, 21, becomes the club’s second signing of the January window after Germany forward Timo Werner joined on loan from RB Leipzig.

Dragusin was Bayern’s first-choice defender this month but the Romania international chose the north London side over the German Bundesliga champions.
Spurs defender Djed Spence joined Genoa on loan for the rest of the season as part of the deal.
Dragusin’s contract keeps him with Tottenham until the summer of 2030.
He began his career at Juventus and spent time on loan with Genoa before making a permanent move last summer. His defensive statistics was one of the best in the Serie A last season.
