Applications are now open for the Tony Elumelu Foundation entrepreneurship programme 2023. Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF),  is the leading champion of entrepreneurship in Africa. Its objective is to empower women and men across our continent, catalysing economic growth, driving poverty eradication, and ensuring job creation.

TEF believes the private sector’s role is critical for Africa’s development and that the private sector must create both social and economic wealth.

The TEF entrepreneurship programme is open to all entrepreneurs from across Africa, either with a start-up idea or an existing business of fewer than 3 years in existence. All successful applicants would join the 9,000 current beneficiaries from 54 African countries, in receiving mentorship and non-refundable seed capital.

Application Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age and above.

All businesses must be business ideas or early-stage companies, in the range of 0 to 5 years old.
