Nigeria’s President-elect, Bola Tinubu, will return to Abuja today, Monday, April 24, after spending weeks of vacation in France.
This was confirmed in a tweet on Monday morning by Mr Bayo Onanuga, Executive Director, Tinubu/Shettima Campaign Council.

“Nigeria’s President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu returns to Abuja today after weeks of a well deserved vacation in France. E kaabo! Se dada le de!” he tweeted on Monday morning.
He was said to have gone to rest and plan his transition programme.
Also, Secretary of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. James Faleke, informed the PCC members and the party in general, about Tinubu’s return today.
Faleke in a statement posted on Twitter handle of the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) on Sunday evening, disclosed that Tinubu and his wife, Remi Tinubu would land at the Presidential wing of the International Airport, Abuja on Monday.
He invited all party faithful in Abuja and Nasarawa axis to join in welcoming the president-elect and his wife by 2pm.
“My dear brothers and sisters of this unique family. I wish to inform and request of us all that anyone in Abuja and Nasarawa is invited to join in receiving our Peoples President and First Lady Elect tomorrow by 2pm at the Presidential wing of the International Airport.

Accreditation time: 12pm.
Buses will be provided.
“Only Accredited persons will be allowed at the Airport for security reasons,” the statement signed by Faleke read.
