“The Pain Is Too Much For Me To Bear”- Footballer Emmanuel Emenike Cries Out From Sickbed

Popular Nigerian footballer, Emmanuel Emenike has taken to social media to cry for help over the mindless excruciating pains he was going through.

Taking to his Instagram page, in a now-deleted post, the footballer had shared a video which depicted him lying on a sickbed, demonstrating the harrowing life he currently leads due to an undisclosed illness.

Emenike who got social media users worried revealed that the pain is too much for him and his heart cannot bear it any longer.

Captioning the video, he wrote: “God is good, the pain is too much for me and my heart cannot carry it anymore.”

It will be recalled that Emenike and his wife, former beauty queen, Iheoma Nnadi celebrated their 4th wedding anniversary some months ago.

Sharing lovely photos, Iheoma had written on Facebook:

“Happy anniversary. I am so blessed and thankful. 4 years and I’m just going to say that marriage needs genuine understanding, forgiveness, friendship, maturity, trust, and affirmation of love. It’s not a ride in the park but when two people really want it to work, it does by the Grace of God.”

Born Emmanuel Chinenye Emenike is a former footballer who played as a striker. He most recently played for Belgian club Westerlo. Emenike once revealed that he walked on foot to training and back, even though it could take an hour and a half. He said he didn’t get paid as the Deltan club he played for had refused funds from the Delta State government.
