The first trailer revealed that there will be at least two different versions of Barry Allen, aka the Scarlet Speedster, played by Miller, across different dimensions. In the film, Barry travels to an alternate world where his mother was not murdered, in a desperate attempt to prevent her death.
However, he becomes trapped in another reality where superheroes do not exist. The main timeline’s Barry must team up with another world’s Barry and the super-strong Kryptonian hero Supergirl, portrayed by Sasha Calle, to stop the villainous General Zod, played by Michael Shannon, who returns from 2013’s “Man of Steel.”
