The Supreme Court has upheld the election victory of Governor Bala Mohammed in Bauchi State, dismissing the attempts by the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Sadique Abubakar, to challenge the outcome.

The apex court, in a decisive judgment delivered by Justice Ibrahim Saulawa on Friday, resolved all six issues against Abubakar, stating that the appeal lacked merit.
