Izuchukwu OkosiSuper Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum has assured team’s loyal fans that his team is battle ready for the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifying clash against Cote d’l voire at 4pm today (Friday).
The first leg of the clash will go down at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja in under three hours time.

“The players have been looking forward to these matches for some time now and their professionalism has been fantastic.
“I think we have a good understanding of Cote d’Ivoire and their current side. I’m not big on past history as that is why they call it history. The previous matches have no bearing on this one.
“We recognize the strengths of our opponents and will be prepared for that. Obviously, it’s important to our goals of achieving another FIFA Women’s World Cup spot.”
The second leg of the game will go down between February 21- 23 in Abidjan.
Winners over the two-legged fixtures will qualify for the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
