Pastor Kumuyi Arrives U.S. To Attend Trump’s Inauguration

General Superintendent and founder of Deeper Life Bible Ministry (DCLM), Pastor William F. Kumuyi, has arrived the United States to attend the inauguration of Donald Trump as 47th president.

Trump, who was reelected in November, will be sworn in for the second time on 20 January 2025.

Kumuyi has joined a list of other global leaders who are billed to attend the swearing-in ceremony.   

Confirming the arrival of Kumuyi to the United States, one of the Nigerians who went to welcome the cleric, shared a video of a convoy of vehicles that came to pick him up from the Dulles International Airport, US.

The man who was one of the drivers of the vehicle said Kumuyi came for the inauguration on invitation.

A report by RNS Communications quoted Kumuyi saying that Trump believes in the gospel which is widely recognised by not just American Christians but all Christians globally.

Kumuyi noted that during Trump’s first term in office, he hosted “the first-ever meeting of foreign minister focused solely on international religious freedom” he added that during his presidential campaign, Trump promised to support Christian values.

According to the report, Kumuyi will during the visit, engage with members of congress, American church leaders and media representatives.

It said the DLCM founder will be available for interviews from January 17 to  27, to discuss issues bordering on Christian movement in recent times.
