Speaking at the induction ceremony for foreign-trained medical and dental graduates, he declared their goal is to increase the number of doctors from 5,000 to 10,000 in the upcoming academic year through expanded admissions to medical and dental institutions.

Dr. Alausa emphasized that enhancing the appeal of the healthcare environment is key to dissuading doctors and healthcare professionals from migrating to more developed countries.
