The Nigerian film industry mourns the loss of one of its prominent figures as Nollywood filmmaker Frank Igho Vaughan, former Vice President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN), passed away on April 2, 2024.
Vaughan’s departure follows a period of undisclosed illness, confirming the news was Victor Okhai, President of DGN, in a recent conversation with Vanguard.

Born in the 1960s, Vaughan had made significant contributions to the industry, not only as a filmmaker but also as a pastor at Dominion City Church in Asaba, Delta State.
