On this week’s episode of New Music Bangers, we have a playlist packed with amazing tracks, from different genres of Nigerian music. As usual, if there’s anything a Nigerian Artist knows how to do well, it’s to give us bangers, and this time, they did that just well. Let’s get right to it.
Oxlade & Camilla Cabello – Ku Lo Sa (Remix): Talented Nigerian prolific singer Oxlade, has dropped the remix to his smash hit song tagged “KU LO SA.” The verse and melodies of Camila Cabello elevated the track to a global smash that will top various music charts around the world.
This newly dropped anticipated song, is one that will surely please the ear. This is a hit song and I strongly recommend it.
Ajebo Hustlers- Bad Boy Etiquette 101 (EP): Award-winning Nigerian music duo and one of Port Harcourt’s best, Ajebo Hustlers returns, with a 7 track banger Extended Play (EP) project, titled “Bad Boy Etiquette 101”.
The new project features vocal performances from Mayorkun and Fave. I have been a huge fan of Ajebo Hustlers since they dropped Barawo, which was one of the theme songs for the Nationwide #ENDSARS protest. This is a very interesting EP and promising to be a great one to listen to.
Teezee & Cruel Santino- Manhattan: This one is for all my Alte readers, this is an amazing tune from the afro-fusion pairing, with GMK from Monster Boys holding down production. In the pair’s usual fashion of love-themed lyrics, Teezee and Santi direct their attention to their love interest, serenading her with sweet-sounding low cadence vocals on the track’s mid-tempo instrumentals. The duo go back and forth for the rest of the track, showcasing sonic dexterity as they detail their dedication to their muse.
Fridayy & Asake- Blessings Remix : Talented Haitian-American rap artist and record producer, Fridayy highlights the remix version of his smashing single “Blessing (Remix). Who better to have on the remix, than Nigerian music sensation and songwriter, Asake. I was a bit hesitant to listen, mainly because I didn’t know what to expect and the fact that I really loved the original song. However, I was beyond pleased as this is a really amazing song.
