New Creation DJ Cuppy Commits To Purpose-Driven Life

Nigerian Disc Jockey, musician and Producer, Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, says she is set for a new purpose-driven life.

DJ Cuppy who is daughter of Nigeria business mogul, Femi Otedola, announced her new resolve after receiving baptism at Holy Trinity Church in Brompton, UK.

She shared the transformative experience on her Instagram while x-raying her spiritual journey so far.

Describing it as the best decision she has ever made, an elated DJ Cuppy posted pictures from her water baptism telling anyone who cares to listen that she has become a new creation.

“This summer, I made the best decision of my life, to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace. The way to live is actually to die,” she wrote.

Cuppy, who has dozens of album and singles to her name with collaboration with many artists including Sheyi Shay, Teni and  Zlatan Ibile among others, explained that baptism is not just a ceremony, but a transformation, adding that she feels reborn in God’s grace.

She, however, assured her fans that the reformation does not mean walking away from her DJ job, saying it will now be done with deeper meaning.

“Of course, I am still DJ Cuppy, but now, every beat, every moment, has a deeper meaning. I see life in a new, brighter light. At 31, I finally understand what it really means to live a purpose-driven life.

“Each day, I’m learning to live with intention, guided by something bigger than myself. Thank You, Father, for Your Salvation. #GodsVeryOwn”, she submitted.
