During a visit to troops in northern Gaza, Netanyahu dismissed speculations about proposing a ceasefire in the ongoing conflict in the region.

Netanyahu’s stance, detailed in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, delineated three prerequisites for peace: the obliteration of Hamas, demilitarization of Gaza, and deradicalization of Palestinian society.
