In an emotionally charged plea, Nigerian artist Bella Shmurda has called on the government to prosecute those responsible for the alleged mistreatment and harassment of his late friend, Mohbad, before his untimely death.

This heartfelt appeal has not only reignited public interest in Mohbad’s plight but has also sparked an outpouring of sympathy from netizens across the country.

In a recent post on his X page formerly known as Twitter, Bella Shmurda emphasized his unwavering commitment to uncover the truth and hold those accountable for the cruelty inflicted upon Mohbad during his lifetime.

He passionately stressed the urgency of timely justice, declaring, “Delayed justice is injustice.”

Bella Shmurda went on to say, “Bring out those who oppressed and maltreated him when he was alive; that’s the goal. Autopsy or not, it doesn’t concern me, unless our government lacks compassion.”

The post quickly gained traction, with numerous netizens flooding the comment section with messages of solidarity and agreement with Bella Shmurda’s impassioned demand for accountability.
