In response to the backlash, Burna took to his Instagram, blaming the show organizers for poor production. He said; “Lagos, I love you, but I can’t do this again. The organizational structure and infrastructure are not there for the complexities of my audio and Production needs.
“I know I can’t go all over the world and neglect my people; so, I’m taking matters into my own hands! I am gathering the troops to work on building world-class infrastructure in the Nigerian entertainment business.”

He also called out interested inventors and stakeholders to join and support his plan to build a building fit to house his production abilities.

While some fans applauded his apology, others pointed out the obvious omission  regarding his behaviour and rude comments.
