Lamborghini Flaunt: Patrick Dolyle Blasts Sophia Egbueje, Supporters

Veteran Nollywood actor, Patrick Doyle, has taken both popular socialite, Sophia Egbueje and those congratulating her for flaunting new Lamborghini and expensive wristwatch to the cleaners.

Sophia Egbueje, apparently unabashed was flaunting the expensive items amid her sex-for-Lambo controversy with Grammy award-winning singer, Burna Boy.

Sophia, via her social media page, boasted about acquiring the automobile herself after Burna Boy reneged on his promise.

Reacting via his Facebook page, Patrick Doyle shared a photo of Sophia, criticising her for flaunting the expensive possessions, stating that people know about her shameful means of livelihood. Doyle who played the role of Bishop Asuquo in 2022 Film, “Man of God” did not spare those hailing Sophia for the display.

He wrote, “She boasted about the value of her wristwatch and flaunted a N600 million car. The combined value of both items is in the range of 650 to 750 million naira.

“Some half-wits were impressed and effusively congratulated her as she smiled and flaunted both items, as if we hadn’t heard about her shameful means of livelihood”

Meanwhile, in what could pass for comparison of the ‘good versus the evil’, controversial television personality, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has hailed 26-year-old Nigeria-born Wendy Okolo, who became the first Black woman to obtain a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. The Nigerian-born scientist is currently an aerospace research engineer in the Intelligent Systems Division at NASA.

Charly Boy also called Area Fada who titled his post “Beauty and Brain” followed up by saying “Dis one no be buy me Lambogini” and called for celebration of Wendy. Let’s celebrate her guys!!, he submitted.

Okolo who obtained her secondary School education at Queens College in Lagos, before heading abroad, obtained a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) in 2010. Okolo later became the first Black woman to obtain a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from UTA in 2015 at age 26. During Okolo’s undergraduate years, she served as president of the Society of Women Engineers at the university.

*DoD National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship (2012)

*Texas Space Grant Consortium (TSGC) Fellowship (2012, 2013)
