Nigeria internationals Kelechi Iheanacho and Ademola Lookman failed to lift Leicester City in Sunday’s 2-1 away defeat at King Power Stadium to Everton which in no small measure helped restore the Toffees’ survival chances in the top flight.
Iheanacho played for all 90 minutes in the game while Lookman came off the substitute bench 10 mi utes to full time in place of Patson Daka

However Everton went ahead in the 6th minute when Alex Iwobi delivered a precise cross into the box for Vitaly Mykolenko to unleash an unstoppable pile drive from the edge of the box.
Leicester equalised five minutes later when Daka pounced on a defensive sloppiness of the Toffees.
Mason Holgate then restored the lead of Frank Lampard and his team with a close header from a goal mouth scramble with half an hour played.
Jordan Pickford produced some world class saves which frustrated the home side to take Everton to 16th place in the table.
