Ahead of England’s quarterfinal clash on Saturday, in the ongoing Euro Championship, Wives and Girlfriends of Three Lions took to the airports in their numbers today as they jetted off to Germany.
The WAGs as they are fondly called, flew in to see their loved ones on a fleet of private jets Tuesday morning as they head to the Three Lions’ training base to spend the day with the players before their quarter-final against Switzerland.

Three jets carrying the England stars’ glamorous partners to Erfurt-Weimar Airport took off in quick succession from Dusseldorf, while a fourth arrived soon after from Birmingham.
Planes also arrived from Liverpool and Dortmund, where England will play in the semi-final if they overcome Switzerland on Saturday.
With a private jet flight costing in the region of £35,000 per flight, today’s WAG airlift could have cost up to £420,000. Six inbound flights arrived this morning and six outbound flights were scheduled to depart tonight.

The squadron of planes were carrying WAGs, including goalkeeper, Jordan Pickford’s wife Megan, 28, who was seen hiding behind an umbrella held by a crew member and Georgina Irwin, 28, wife of goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, 26.
Dani Dyer, partner of Jarrod Bowen, 27, was seen in a denim jacket over a knitted cream mini-dress, paired with £790 Louis Vuitton mules, carrying one of her children
Ellie Alderson, the childhood sweetheart of striker Ollie Watkins, both 28, was seen disembarking wearing Armani sunglasses on the overcast morning.
A fleet of black Mercedes people carriers were seen lined up outside the airport, around a 40-minute drive from the Three Lions’ training camp at a luxury golf and spa resort outside sleepy Blankenhain, Thuringia.
England played in the final of the 2020 edition of the championship losing to Italy on penalties after regulation time and extra time.
Italy crashed out in the round of 16 after losing 2-0 to Switzerland at the Olympiastadion Berlin.
