The BBNaija ‘Level Up’ reunion show took an intense turn in episode 3 as Deji and Chichi delved into the breakdown of their relationship after leaving the Biggie’s House.

Chichi expressed her longing for clarity from Deji, stating, “I asked him, Deji, I want to end it. It’s either you tell me ‘yes, I am with you, I want to be with you’ or ‘no, we are not a thing.'” However, Deji’s response left her feeling invalidated as he dismissed her concerns, attributing her reactions to her past experiences.

Chichi revealed that Deji went as far as suggesting she needed professional help, manipulating her into believing she had a problem.

Deji, on the other hand, defended his actions, claiming he was merely being there for Chichi when she needed support. He argued, “You came out of the house, you knew you needed me. I was there for you, and at every moment, you wanted me around.”

According to Deji, he emphasized the need for them to get to know each other better before entering into a relationship.

Bella, another housemate from the show, shared her observations on Chichi and Deji’s dynamic, noting that the energy between them was inconsistent.

From the beginning, Bella sensed that Deji did not have strong enough feelings for Chichi to commit to a relationship. This perception was further supported by Chichi’s change in behavior, as she started referring to Deji as “this guy” instead of using his name.

Deji maintained that he never intentionally misled Chichi, reiterating that they were not in a romantic relationship. He firmly stated, “I’m sure if I check my chats, I’ll see that – not once, not twice – I told you I didn’t want to lead anybody on. We’re not dating.” He emphasized the importance of building a genuine connection beyond superficial vibes.

The discussion between Deji and Chichi shed light on the complexities of their post-BBNaija journey. Miscommunication and differing expectations played a significant role in their relationship’s unravelling.

As the reunion show continues, viewers eagerly await further insights into the personal lives of these intriguing housemates, hoping for resolution and closure to their intertwined stories.

As the Big Brother Naija Level Up Reunion unfolds, fans can expect more intense confrontations, revelations, and captivating moments as the former housemates delve into their experiences and relationships within the Big Brother house.
