Anthony Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn has given a hint that the former two-time heavyweight Champion will step into the ring for rematch despite Saturday’s defeat at the Wembley Stadium in London.
While admitting that the Nigeria-British pugilist, is in the “final chapters of the career “Hearn spoke of forthcoming clashes in Riyadh with Daniel Dubois and Tyson Fury likely to be on parade.

He added: “But he’ll need a rest and it’s a dangerous fight. This guy [Dubois] is growing in confidence all the time but he’ll believe he can hurt Dubois. He’ll believe he can beat him. But full credit to Daniel Dubois, he deserves all the credit tonight, it was a great performance from Daniel.”
Meanwhile Anthony Joshua has ruled out retirement despite Saturday’s defeat. After being dropped multiple times and ultimately knocked out by Dubois in Round 5, Anthony Joshua made it clear in the post-fight news conference that he is not considering stepping away from the sport.

“Probably you’re asking, ‘Do I still want to continue fighting?’ Of course, I want to continue fighting,” Anthony Joshua said.
“That’s what I said: we took a shot at success, and we came up short. What does that mean now? Are we going to run away? Or are we going to live to fight another day?”
Acknowledging the disappointment of the loss, Joshua emphasised his commitment to continuing his boxing career, while he praised Dubois for his performance and expressed gratitude to his team for their preparation.
“We have to give credit to our opponent as well, Daniel. Well done to him and his team, and also thank you to my team for the way they prepared for me. There were a few mistakes in there, but that’s the name of the game,” Joshua said..”
