ANAMBRA ELECTION: Many Voters May Be Disenfranchised As Voting Ends Soon

MANY out of the over 2.5 million registered eligible voters may not be able to vote if the exercise ends at 2 pm as scheduled.
Right from 8 am when the voting process commenced for the governorship election in Anambra State, one issue that has been reported across polling units in different parts of the state is a delay in the accreditation of voters caused by the malfunctioning of the INEC smartcard reader.

 In different polling units, there is a turnout of voters but are yet to vote due issue of accreditation.
