Again, Glo Intervenes In Ojude-Oba Festival, Offers Special Promo To Customers

In preparation for the celebration of  the Ojude-Oba, an  annual festival in  Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State in Nigeria’s Southwest, digital solutions and network provider, Glo, has promised to provide sponsorship through special promo and gifts to participants.

The service provider through Mr. Ikenna Aguwuom, the Ogun state regional manager, had said that its involvement with the festival is to honour the traditions and cultures of Ijebuland as well as foster the cause of tourism in the nation.
Dr. Fassy A. Yusuff, the coordinator of the planning committee, revealed that this has continued for the past 16 years.
He added that the promo will allow Glo subscribers to win five tricycles, 10 television sets and 10 grinding stones.
Yusuff quoted the company saying “To win any of these prizes, a new Glo subscriber is required to activate a Glo Sim and recharge with a minimum of 1,500 naira while existing customers will need to recharge a minimum of 1,000 naira before July 8th, 2022, to qualify for the draws”.
The network provider also disclosed that customers who miss the pre-event raffle also have a chance to win by spending 5,000 naira or more at the festival ground to stand a chance to win.
It added that it was pleased to contribute its quota to the further development of Ijebuland since the festival has become a forum for all sons and daughters of the land to converge and deliberate on growth of Ijebuland and its people.
Dr. Yusuff in appreciation described Glo as a “partner of choice” for its consistency in sponsoring the festival for years.
