A fitness influencer with the TikTok username, @tammyhembrow has shared an extraordinary trick, which could make her six-month pregnancy bump disappear completely for a moment.

The fitness enthusiast freaked her fans out when she shared a clip, demonstrating the magic.   She uploaded the clip of herself wearing a crop top with her baby bump conspicuous for doubting Thomases.

In the video, the fitness star, who was six months gone  could be seen ‘vacuuming’ her bump away in a matter of seconds, simply by taking a big deep breath in.

She concluded with her laughing and clutching her stomach, apparently not being in any discomfort despite the dramatic effect.

To keep up with counts, the video marked Tammy’s third pregnancy as she was already mum to a son, Wolf who is six years old and Saskia, a girl of five.

In the trends of things, the gym woman has always shared workout tips every step of her pregnancy, with videos that recorded her lifting weights and keeping her back strong to reduce aches.

Many have been left aghast, unable to figure out exactly where the baby bump sucks to in all her breathes-in. They were also puzzled at how she managed to keep up with such magic and even what exactly the baby might be experiencing tucked away wherever, Tammy chose to put her at every breath-in.

One fan exclaimed: “BABY: “WHY MY HOUSE IS BEING SMALL, SEND HELP”,

Another joked: “Baby: ‘mom I already told you I’m claustrophobic’”.

Interestingly, Tammy was quick to reassure her followers she was merely “hugging the baby” in her womb with the trick, therefore, no cause for alarm.

She added: “I have to do it when I train, super good for your core doing it throughout pregnancy.”

According to a dipstick research, what she used to wow her fans was just an exercise type called the Bloom Method, which was first pioneered by Colorado-based pre and post-natal fitness expert, Brooke Cates.

The Bloom method theory has it that when practicing, all what pregnant women needed to do was expand and contract their abdominal muscles using diaphragmatic breathing. The baby inside their womb are pushed deeper into their abdomen as they inhale and pressed forward as they exhale.
