Nigeria risks being banned from international basketball activities from the Federation of International Basketball Association (FIBA) as two separate elections into the leadership of the Nigeria Basketball Federation, NBBF will be concluded on Monday reports Prime Business Africa.
As at the time of filing this report, basketball administrator and former national team player, Mark Igoche was declared winner in the Congress that held in Abuja.
Igoche is the Chairman and CEO of Mark Mentors Basketball Club and founder Mark D Ball Basketball Championship. Osita Nwachukwu is the elected vice president of the NBBF in the Abuja election.
Igoche emerged President after he polled 11 votes at the Elective Congress of the NBBF held inside package A of the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
