That is the query on everyone lips and the task before the Department of State Security (DSS), after the family raised the alarm over his whereabouts.

In a petition submitted by their legal representatives, Anuge, Anuge & Co, the family appealed to the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS) to intervene in locating the missing son.
The family in the petition had reportedly revealed that their son left his residence in the early hours of February 10, 2025, dressed in his loungewear, apparently for his usual morning walk, but has not returned home since then.
To compound matters family and friends are said to have received messages from what appears to be his social media accounts soliciting financial assistance.
The family insists such acts of soliciting for financial assistance cannot come from the renowned musician and producer who is financially independent and has never required assistance in such a manner.
This has led his family to suspect that his identity may have been compromised, and yet to be identified person or persons manipulating him to exploit his contacts for monetary gain,” the petition added.
In its passionate appeal for intervention to the DSS the family added that “It is worthy of note that the victim is a legend and holds a celebrity status in the Nigerian music industry, with countless youths and citizens looking up to him—not to mention his wife, children, relatives, and employees, who are now traumatised. His musical empire has also been left in a state of paralysis as a direct consequence of the suspect’s criminal act of abducting him and rendering him incommunicado.”
Should the DSS wade properly into the matter, there are strong indications that the department may beam searchlight at the three families currently concerned in the hydra-headed love affair.
The Idibia family are eager to have their son back after the singer’s mother appealed to the Edo law maker, Natasha, to free his son and “remove the beads she put on his neck and hands.” The Osawuru family whose daughter Natasha, Tuface has described as ‘his world.’ Macaulay family, whose daughter, Annie, is currently undergoing divorce process with the music super star after close to 13 years of marriage and the x-factor which will be whether the lawmaker had a running relationship before Tuface came on the scene and whether whoever was in that relationship harbours a grudge as a result of recent development.
Just as the family and close friends are worried, his fans are not left out as many have been reacting following the development. While some are buying the ‘missing story’ others believe he may have just decided to seek a quiet place to work on a new album.

Jasper Aniet Louis @quidbuddy is taking it with a pinch of salt but said “Since Nigerians started creating contents. To be honest, I find it difficult to believe some news at times. Nevertheless, I hope his family finds him quickly. The first place the DSS should check is Natasha’s home. Thank you.”
Sundaytruck @Sundayjctrucks has this to say “This is serious! The authorities need to act fast to find him. I can’t believe this is happening! adding,”Maybe he just went off the grid to work on a new album. You know how musicians can be!”
CFELIX @kingFeliqs says “Wherever the lawmaker be, there Tubaba should be.”
Okpoka Nkpoka @ONkpoka however added a new dimension saying “What concerns the DSS with a case of missing person? Some lawyers sometimes embark on chasing shadows.2baba is not just an adult, he is a husband and a father, we are not told that he is a psychopath, the mother knows where he is, she made a clip warning an Edo lady to release her son.”
