Submitting his personal experience on social media, the 41-year-old alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, described investment in agriculture as rewarding with huge potential for community transformation.

While thanking God for his impact in the film industry where he has featured for over three and half decades, Dumelo confessed that gains from agriculture cannot be compared to any other.

“The film industry was not enough to sustain me. Besides, I had a deep passion for agriculture, a desire to eliminate hunger in my community and beyond through my products. This passion led me to venture into poultry farming, yam cultivation, ginger, pepper, and cereal production.

I believe agriculture is the key to creating a self-reliant future. That’s why I encourage our youth to explore the soil, invest in farming, and contribute to building our country.

Agriculture is more than a profession, it’s a solution. It’s the only way we can create sustainable self-employment and reduce the financial burden on our families”

The soil has proven to be a bank that never fails, always rewarding the effort you put into it.

To all aspiring young people out there, let’s embrace farming and transform our communities, one harvest at a time” he submitted.

The award winning actor  who has featured in over 100 movies including “Love or something like that”, One in a Millon”, Single, Married and complicated” and Private storm among others ventured into politics in 2019 when he picked  nomination form to contest in the NDC primaries as a parliamentary candidate .
