Recall that Yamal became the youngest player to score at the Euro Championship at 16 when he delivered an impressive strike in Spain’s 2-1 defeat of France in the semifinal.

The Golden Boy Award is dedicated to rewarding the best football player under the age of 21 and players can only win the gong once in their life time. England international and Real Madrid ace Jude Bellingham is the current holder of the title.
