Signing off her post, she referred to herself humorously as “Taylor Swift, Childless Cat Lady,” a jab that many interpreted as directed toward Vance’s conservative views on family values.

Vice-presidential nominee Tim Walz expressed his gratitude during a campaign event, saying, “We are incredibly thankful to Taylor Swift for her courage and her belief in Kamala’s vision for this country. Her statement was eloquent, and we couldn’t agree more.”
Walz, an avid cat owner himself, joked, “I say that as a cat owner too.”
Swift’s endorsement is expected to boost Harris’s popularity, particularly among the youth demographic, which is often seen as a crucial voting bloc in swing states.
Trump Campaign Downplays Swift’s Influence
The Trump campaign, however, seemed unfazed by Swift’s public endorsement of Harris. A campaign spokesperson stated, “Taylor Swift has the right to her opinion, but her endorsement won’t change the fact that President Trump has done more for this country than any of the Democratic candidates combined.”
In an interview with Fox News, Trump himself addressed the issue, saying, “I’ve never been a fan of Taylor Swift, to be honest. She’s not my type of singer, but everyone’s got their preferences.”
