How Tinubu Calms Peter Obi’s Supporters Should Be Taught In Nigerian Universities – Atiku’s Bwala

Spokesman for the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council 2023, Daniel Bwala has noted that managing supporters of Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, popularly called Obidients, will prove a tougher nut for President Bola Tinubu to crack than managing the country’s troubled economy.

After Obi condemned the Supreme Court ruling that affirmed Tinubu’s victory, the Presidency responded by saying Obi once benefited from judicial pronouncements when he reclaimed his mandate as governor of Anambra State in 2007 but he now castigates the same when the Supreme Court ruled in the favour of the President.

Meanwhile, Obi’s running mate in the February 25 election, Datti Baba-Ahmed, spoke up against the Supreme Court’s legitimization of the government of Tinubu, in a television appearance.

Datti insisted that the Supreme Court did not affirm the victory of Tinubu but only validated the illegality of the lower courts, insisting that he would never be intimidated by a man who forged his certificate and forfeited drug money.

What the vice presidential candidate said in the interview programme prompted Bwala to post on his X handle on Tuesday, that Tinubu will face more problems in managing the LP and its supporters.

He wrote, “Listening to Datti Baba-Ahmed this evening, I believe the man has not shifted a bit from his earlier position, although he now accepts the fact that Tinubu is the President by the court.

“But Peter Obi and Datti’s position today convinced me that @officialABAT Tinubu has more problems to manage with the Labour Party and Obidients than the entire economy and insecurity in Nigeria.

“How he will navigate this is a course to be taught at OAU, ABU, and Nsukka universities,” Bwala tweeted.
