Zenith Bank’s Gross Earnings Rises By 125% In 2023

Zenith Bank is set to host the third edition of its annual tech event, “Future Forward 3.0.” This tech fair is a platform for showcasing innovation and collaboration, with a focus on emerging tech breakthroughs in various fields.

The two-day event, scheduled for November 22nd and 23rd, 2023, will take place at Eko Hotel and Suites on Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. “Future Forward 3.0” will provide a stage for the latest developments in payments, healthcare, Ed-tech, cybersecurity, lifestyle, e-commerce, and other tech-related areas.

A central highlight of the event is the selection of the top 10 tech submissions, which will receive valuable grants to support their development. Attendees can also look forward to an all-day experiential exhibition of cutting-edge technological innovations that promise to shape the future.

The two-day fair will feature a Goodwill address by Jim Ovia, founder and chairman of Zenith Bank. The event is also expected to feature Hackathon sessions to identify innovative startups, panel discussions, masterclasses and exhibitions.

At the Second Edition of the Zenith Tech Fair, themed “Future Forward 2.0” held on November 23, 2022, 11 finalists emerged from over 500 contestants. The overall winner, Ecotutu, received N20 million and a mentorship program. The first runner-up, Foris Labs, won N15 million and mentorship with Seedstars.

The second runner-up, Finva, received N10 million and mentorship with Seedstars. Other finalists, including Sanwo, Itinu-Ev, Eduvacity, Green Bii, Zion Robotics, Sono Care, Base, and I grow Africa, each received N1 million in prize money. In total, N53 million in prize money was distributed at the event.
