10 Cheat Death As Another Private Jet Crash-lands In Ibadan

Ten persons escaped death by the whiskers when a private jet overshot the runway while trying to land at Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport, Ibadan in Oyo State on Friday.

According to reports, the incident happened around 11 am. The jet with registration number, N580KR, was said to have missed the runway and skidded into the nearby bush.

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) responded to the situation immediately, sending firefighters and rescue personnel. However, there were no reported casualties or deaths.

Prime Business Africa reports that this is coming after the November incident in which the Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, also escaped death as the plane he was on board crash-landed at the same airport.
